Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges. The refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
